I had an outstanding dining experience at Canoe in the TD building. From the moment you step off the elevator, the atmosphere is elevated by breathtaking views of downtown Toronto. The setting feels refined yet welcoming, making it perfect for both business dinners and special occasions. The service was exceptional—attentive, knowledgeable, and perfectly paced. The staff took the time to explain the menu highlights and made excellent wine pairing recommendations, which really enhanced the meal. The food itself was creative and beautifully presented. Each dish showcased fresh Canadian ingredients prepared with precision and artistry. The flavors were balanced and memorable, from the appetizers to the main course.

THEY KNOW WHAT THEY’RE DOING It was my Birthday and everything was Just Exquisite. Even though the vibes was just casual The Service and the Food And the View just made it feel like I’m Living my Carrie Bradshaw Fantasy. The Kale Pesto buratta with toasted Sourdough. iconic Plate. Simple, Flavorful and just Correct. It was a Play of Texture which is always a Vibe The Charcuterie board was Great, its a Charcuterie board, we were expecting cheese though. But it was really good, although i feel like Its much easier to eat the olives if they were Pitted- maybe just a Preference The OYSTER is very fresh it melts in your Mouth and its just that Good. Especially with the Sriracha sauce. White chocolate cheesecake with raspberry sorbet and Pistachio creme. SEXY! the balance between the tartness of the sorbet the cuts through the sweetness of the cheesecake and grounding the flavor with the Nuttiness of the Pistachio . CHEFS KISS All In all COMPLIMENTS TO THE CHEF IS NOT ENOUGH ITS THAT GOOD. -zowe

My favourite birthday tasting experience. I recommend getting the wine pairings with the tasting menu. With notice, they can accomodate veg. and non-vegetarian diners. Definitely not to be missed!!!

Had a great dinner experience during winterlicious. The food is on par with other restaurants from the group, but the view and atmosphere definitely have an elevated quality that justifies the price.

The scenery is beautiful, and the service is excellent. The portions are just right. I especially liked the fish and scallops. The desserts are also very good, and the presentation is very refined and elegant.

Winterlicious dinner at Canoe was such a treat ✨ Stunning city views, fantastic service, and delicious food. The $75 menu was totally worth it, and the vibe was perfect for a winter evening in Toronto. I ordered the beef tartare, which was very unique and beautifully presented. The mushroom risoni was incredibly creamy with lots of mushrooms—absolutely delicious. Pavlova was great, but very small; I wish the dessert portion was a bit bigger. Overall, a wonderful experience and definitely worth visiting.

Ate the taste of canoe as it was my birthday. Extremely impressed by the elevated taste in the food. I would say the service was great but everything came on time. The time in between the courses was perfect. Did not leave us hungry or waiting for too long. The squab was perfectly cooked. The dessert was a bit underwhelming, otherwise all courses were great and the their tasting menu was satisfying for my wife who’s a vegetarian which isn’t the case in most restaurants. They need to work on the front office staff that welcomes guests. It was my birthday and we arrived on time and tables for everyone who came after us were ready but not for us. The person there was a bit rude while making us wait. For a moment I wanted to leave but then the staff at the table and the kitchen saved the day with their service.

We did the Winterlicious menu at Canoe and it was great. Every course was thoughtfully put together and beautifully presented, with flavours that really highlighted Canadian ingredients. The service was polished without feeling stuffy, and the views alone make it worth it. For Winterlicious, it felt like excellent value for the quality and experience. Would absolutely recommend and would happily go back.

Stunning views of Toronto in a gorgeous restaurant. Staff are very professional and courteous. Food was exquisite! A special mention to our server, Jesus. He and the kitchen staff were very attentive to my wife Celiac dietary needs. We did the Chef’s Experience. Watching the kitchen operate while we were dining was a blast. They are so organized and professional. We’ll be back! 👍

We had the most incredible experience at Canoe. Located on the 54th floor, the views alone make it special but the food and service truly elevate it to another level. My wife and I celebrated a very special occasion there, and from start to finish we were absolutely delighted. We began with the burrata, which was beautifully presented and incredibly fresh. The Atlantic salmon was perfectly cooked and full of flavor. The halibut was delicate and refined, and the steak was done to perfection, tender, rich, and expertly prepared. The mushroom risone was a standout as well, comforting yet elevated with incredible depth of flavor. The cocktails were creative and balanced, and the service was polished, attentive, and warm without ever feeling overbearing. Canoe delivered an unforgettable evening for us. Truly one of the best contemporary Canadian dining experiences in Toronto. We will absolutely be back.
